Friends, gifts & trading

• Everyone starts with one friend: Mr Mayor. Visit his house on day 7 of his first week for his plushie!
• Find players by username or pet name (or pick from who's online now) and send a friend request. If they already asked you, you're friends at once.
• You can have up to 200 friends. Removing a friend removes you from their list too.
• Blocking someone stops their trades and presents and hides their chat.

1. Open your friends list and tap Visit on a friend (rows show +35 until you've said hi today).
2. In their home, pick a greeting: kiss, dance or wave.

Visiting homes

You can visit anyone's home, not just friends': you see their rooms and pet as they last saved them, move between their rooms and take photos. Only friends pay out for a hi.

• Sending presents opens at level 10. You can send to anyone, with no daily limit.
• A present holds up to 15 things from your chest, and a note of up to 200 characters.
• Coins and treats can't be sent (bags of them can). Some items can't be given away, like Mr Mayor's gifts. Petlings can, without their clothes.
• The present lands in their home. Opening it offers Thanks!, Visit and Send one back.

1. Invite a player to trade (you need level 10). The invite lasts 60 seconds.
2. Both put in items from your chests (or petlings) and lock.
3. Both accept: “Deal!”

• Any change unlocks both sides, so nobody can swap things at the last second.
• The game warns you if you give much more than you get.
• Coins and treats can't be traded; only giftable items and petlings.

• Party rooms: host a Gala or Cozy party from home for 2 to 50 players, 5 to 10 minutes, public or private. It costs 1,000 coins plus 100 per player and 50 per minute past 5.
• Party Balloon (5 treats): turn your own room into a party, paying per minute while you're in it: 500 (small, 5 players), 1,000 (medium, 15) or 3,000 coins (big, 30).
• Join a public party from the list, or with its 7-character code.
• “Throw a party” and “Join a party” are daily goals.

• Chat keeps plain letters, numbers and punctuation: emoji and accented letters are removed.
• Everyone has wave, dance, kiss and sad. Any bank purchase adds floss and cry, and some packs (like the Frog Backpack or the Punk Guitar Case) add their own.
• Walking with petlings? The emote menu's Petlings tab makes them do tricks.
